My vision
Championing under-represented women through the creation of inclusive services, fostering diversity, and driving a culture of inclusion.
About us
I am driven by a deep passion for championing under-represented women and creating a more inclusive world. I firmly believe that every individual deserves equal access to exceptional services, regardless of their background, identity, or abilities.
With a foundation in service design, I bring together expertise, empathy, and a commitment to diversity to drive meaningful change. My goal is to empower businesses and organisations to embrace inclusivity, transform their services, and make a positive impact on under-represented communities.
With years of experience in the field, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of service design. By putting people at the centre of our work, I uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of under-represented women.
Join me on this journey towards a future where inclusivity is the norm, and every individual is celebrated, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.
My passion for supporting women in tech.
While my professional focus lies in service design, I am deeply passionate about several causes close to my heart. I strongly advocate for women in tech via the community I co-founded called Ladies that UX. I believe in the importance of equality in all aspects of life. Mentorship also plays a significant role in fostering growth and empowerment, which is why I am dedicated to supporting and promoting others.
“Lizzie is an incredibly focused, understanding, and empathetic designer. I worked with Lizzie during my time at TalkTalk where I learnt numerous soft and hard skills from her. Lizzie has the ability to truly understand problems and dig deeper past assumptions to delve into the real user need. On top of this, Lizzie is an excellent facilitator and manager of stakeholders using her friendly personality traits to create inclusive and safe environments. With all that being said I would not hesitate to work with Lizzie again in any UCD environment.”
Sul Emmons - TalkTalk
Lizzie is a fantastic designer to work with. She managed the design team I worked in, and has a lot of experience that lends itself to effective problem solving, getting the right people in the same room and helping build bridges across a large business. She advocates for continuous improvements based on research, insight and thorough understanding.
It was a pleasure working with you - Thanks Lizzie :)

“I want to tell you that you opened my mind’s door to what is possible with serious UX research. I will never go back. I have been blessed since with validation after validation of what you said was necessary to build a great product”

Recommendations
“Lizzie is not only an incredibly talented designer but an incredible design thinker, leader and human being. She consciously designs for the people who aren't in the room and doesn't shy away from tough conversations that challenge our societal norms in design. She pushes herself in every aspect and can design beautiful artefacts that help translate complicated situations into digestible chunks and enable decision-making and shift power dynamics.
I would jump at the chance to work with Lizzie again.”
